What is your cancellation policy?
Should you need to modify or cancel your stay with us, you may do it 48 hrs prior to your planned arrival date without any fees or penalties. If you need to cancel the day of your arrival, the first night’s stay will be charged to your credit card and the other nights will be cancelled without further penalties.

When is the check in and check out time?
Check- in starts at 2pm and check- out is fixed at 11am.

Do you offer discounts to CAA/AAA Members and others?
No. At Motel Bromont, we believe that everybody should benefit from a fair price for lodging with us. Everyone gets the best rate!

What is your rate for 1 night only?
All our rates are indicated on the page Price and Packages. All rates indicated are subject to change without notice and they do not include applicable taxes. A surcharge of 15$ can be added for each additional adult in the same room for a maximum of 4 adults per room. The rates indicated on our site are the lowest rates and may vary during certain period of the year or certain Holidays.

Should we reserve in advance? If yes, how much time in advance?
Yes, it is always better to reserve in advance since we are a small establishment with only 12 studios. We often have no vacancy during peak periods. During the summer, it is preferable to reserve several weeks in advance since we are usually booked 2 weeks in advance.

Do you have a pool or a Spa?
No, we unfortunately do not offer this type of service yet.

Do you have free high-speed internet?
You may access our wireless internet access for free via your laptop in certain of our studios. Please mention your needs upon booking your reservation.

Are you « pet-friendly »?
Yes. Animals are welcomed at the Motel Bromont but allowed in certain studios , for an additional 15$ per night. However, your animal cannot be left alone in the room and must be house-trained. We also ask that you pick up after them on the grounds of the Motel Bromont. Make sure you mention that you are planning to visit with your pet when making your reservation. You will be assigned a pet-friendly room.

Are you close to services and facilities?
Absolutely! We are located at 1.1 KM from a small shopping mall where you will find a grocery store, a drugstore, a bank, a liquor store, etc. Furthermore, we are at less than 800 meters from SkiBromont, 1.5Km from Centre national de cyclisme and 3 KM from the Olympique Equestrian Site.
